§ 1 - Validity of the rules
  1. This set of rules applies to the entire RushNation network and all components associated with it.
  2. By entering the server network, you accept that you have read this rulebook and agree to abide by it.
  3. Should the rules not be adhered to, the RushNation Team may also issue possible punishments without notice.
  4. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules at any time. These changes are binding with immediate effect and each player must comply with them. Therefore, it is mandatory that you regularly update yourself to the latest version of the rulebook.
  5. Ignorance in no case protects from punishment.
  6. The rulebook (or parts of it) can be overridden for individual players for special concerns or a new rule can be introduced - the decision is up to the administration.
  7. Administrators are above the rulebook.
§ 2 - Punishments for non-compliance

Different platforms offer different ways to deal with rule breakers. The following options are the most common and are most widely used by the server team.

  1. Ban - the ban or block is an exclusion from one of our components. The use will then no longer be possible.
  2. Mute - A mute ensures that a user can no longer communicate with other players. If these mute's accumulate with a user, a ban can be pronounced.
  3. Statsreset - In case of certain offenses we reserve the right to delete the stats of rule breakers.
  4. Island Reset - We always reserve the right to reset an island and SkyBlock player data at any time for any reason.
If a player believes that his punishment is not justified or shows sufficient insight, he has the possibility to submit a one time request for an unban. False statements may result in an aggravation of the respective punishment.

  3. Some client modifications can be mistaken for normal gameplay behavior.
    1. If a team member has such a suspicion, he has the right to check the player's device for such modifications. This will be done a few minutes after the ban has been issued. For this purpose, he can request a screen share (ss for short).
    2. In such a screen share, the team member gets short-term access to the player's device. The modifications are searched for by various search programs. Everything else on the computer (including private files) is not in the interest of the team member and will not be checked.
    3. If the player refuses to make such a screen share, or only shows up a few hours after the ban, it is assumed that the player is in possession of such modifications and will be punished accordingly.
    4. Such a screenshare can be discharging for the respective player.
  4. Recordings in Discord channels without notice are permitted if this serves to preserve evidence.
  5. Team members have the ability to analyze a player's Minecraft chat behavior. This has the purpose of finding evidence and detecting rule violations.
